KAUR CASE MANAGEMENT 

Harvinder is an experienced Case Manager and the Clinical Director at Kaur Case Management Ltd. She has extensive clinical and management experience working in the NHS and private sector as an Occupational Therapist, Senior Case Manager and Clinical Manager. In 2015 she completed a Master’s in Medical Law at Cardiff University which fuelled her passion for the legal field and Case Management.

 

Since then, Harvinder has worked as a Case Manager and provides bespoke case management input for adults with complex brain injuries, spinal injuries or other complex disabilities, who require care, support and rehabilitation. She works with clients both pre and post settlement of their personal injury or clinical negligence claims and has extensive knowledge of the litigation process.

 

She is experienced in assessing a client’s immediate needs, coordinating rehabilitation programmes, managing large care teams, and managing services in both the private and statutory sector to support her client’s rehabilitation and management.

 

Harvinder takes pride in being a strong advocate for her clients to ensure they are receiving a high standard of care and support by all the services involved. She is particularly passionate about the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Empowerment Behavioural Management Approach (EBMA) which is embedded in her practise as a person-centred Case Manager.

 

She is passionate about sharing her knowledge, developing her expertise and strongly believes in lifelong learning. She is a reliable gatekeeper of the profession to ensure a high-quality standards of service delivery.

Harvinder achieved her Advanced BABICM membership in 2019 and was elected as a BABICM council member in 2023.
